Home watch is a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues. We check for breaking and entering, vandalism, storm damage, burst pipes, HVAC malfunction, mold & water damage, pest and vermin. We keep an eye on your electrical appliances, your refrigerator, freezer, humidifier, sump pump, locks on windows and doors, mail collection, garage and vehicles on site. Home insurance companies require your home to be checked while you're away, otherwise your insurance claims may be denied. We provide you with date stamped documents for your records and for possible insurance claims. We are insured, bonded, vetted and accredited by the National Home Watch Association.
