With our scheduled home watch inspections, we will help the client meet their home insurance policy requirements of having their vacant or unoccupied home(s) and cottage checked regularly. Home watch is a visual inspection, looking for obvious issues. Our inspections are performed using a checklist specific to the clients home and property. 

High on our priority of checks for vacant or unoccupied homes are breaking and entering, vandalism, theft, power outages, floods and storm damage. We can help you maintain the property by-law requirements set forth by your town or city. Our concierge services include but are not limited to; providing an itemized inventory, arranging for cleaning, lawn and yard maintenance and a key delivery service.
